Our upgrade to 2014 from 2010 has been a real disaster. The direct connect feature no longer works. Attempts to rebuild the data file work, but that doesn't clear the problem. Intuit support has run out of ways to help us. I'm hoping that a more advanced Verify Data utility would find some problems in the file that we could manually correct before attempting to connect credit cards again to a financial provider.
The error we get when connecting to Bank of America - Other States is OLSU1011. We don't get the error in a new data file, thus proving the error is related to our existing data file and not due to a firewall issue.
