NCR 7156 Printer Error

Hi all,

I had to rebuild one of our RMS registers yesterday. I have the oringinal configuration for the NCR 7156 printer utility from prior to the rebuild. All information is still intact for the printer in both the NCR utility and RMS printer name. Even RMS pulls up the printer profile from the database without modifcaiton.

Everything appears the same, the OPOS matches in the NCR utility to the OPOS printer profile in the Operations Manager. We have the same printer and setup on anohter machine, but the configuration looks the same to me and should work.

When we try to print we receive an error message, unknown error, in RMS. I'm leaning towards a port or com port conflict.

Anyone have a suggestion on fixing this or what is causing the error?
