HELP Currency £ 40 $

Julia,

I don't recall if 2003 allows multi currency. If not then the only way is to change Windows settings from United Kingdom to United States when using it for the US Company and then it will use $ as default, switching back when finished.

Currency settings are part of Windows settings, not QuickBooks. If you wish to change those settings, check control panel -> Regional Options.

I'm in the UK using both a UK quickbooks prog for a UK company and QBPro 2003 for a US company. The currency symbol in the US QBPro 03 prog insists on showing up in £ and I need it to show in $. Can anyone tell me how to switch the currency symbol? Going Nuts - Julia
