How I can import the data from the version 2002 to 2006.
Anybody has any documentation that show me how to do it.

I ma not using 2002 or 2006 but that should not be different from:
Install 2006 and open. File | Open Company at Look in: find the yourcompany.qbw file, double click it and you got it now in 2006 exactly the way you had it in 2002.
You can always use Windows Explorer and copy the QBW from the 2002 to the 2006 Folder.
Don't forget to repeat the Company Information from the 2002 version. You can open both simultaneously and just Alt+C (copy) the 2002 data and Alt+V (insert) it in 2006.
