now i am at the point of its having asked me if i want it to do the updates which i told it yes. after it seemed to be doing that to disc, it suddenly gave me the message that i did not have authorization to open these files and to see my administrator. sorry that is me and i can't imagine what it wants me to do now. sorry to be such a nincompoop.
**I now have the updates but there are still comments that will not let them restore.i was wondering if i might have done a custom set up when i initially installed the QBPRO 2001 but did an express this time if that could cause a problem. AND is there anything short of uninstalling and starting all over to try out that theory??? :roll: also, is there any way i could back the files on my cd into the QBPRO
2001 ? i know there are some very clever folks on this forum who know more than i can even know what to question. Can somebody please help me??
