When I try to reconcile the bank, the program just hangs. If I exit abnormally, I get an error message when I restart the program "Quickbooks is unable to access the requested file. It may already be open. Check the location of the file and try again" I have written to Quicken tech support and they don't have an answer except to reconcile the bank in Safe Mode. Does anyone else know what is happeneing? I am using the Australian version by the way.
