We want to setup 2 Inventory Accounts in QB Basic and it seems it will let us...
But when we run a Sales by Item Report... it shows items from both Inventory Accounts...
We tried Filtering but couldn't make that work...
Anybody know how to have 2 Inventory accounts and then to run either Sales by Item or Inventory by Item for each of them individually?

We want New Inventory in one Account and Returned Inventory in the other...
Just thought it would be easier to account for each this way.
Since QuickBooks lets you create more than one Inventory Account, I thought it should allow you to create reports on them seperately.
Any suggestions?
