Access denied

This is the worst performance from Quicken in my decades-long experience.

I launched Quicken Premiere on Windows a few minutes ago. As usual, I was prompted for a password. Then a message appeared telling me that my subscription had expired (it has not). I was prompted to enter my password again. I did so, and I was prompted to enter my password again.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

Then a message appeared telling me that the Quicken servers could not be reached.

I can accept an occasional server failure. But now I cannot even look at my financial data in Quicken. If there is a way around the password prompt, I certainly cannot find it.

Did I mention that I hate cloud computing? This is why.
