OK, I really need help.
The automatic update failed repeatedly. I kept getting popups telling me Q has detected that a download was made, did I want to install it. Whether I said yes or no, Quicken refuses to open up aftwer asking for my password.
I did the manual update: identical
I downloaded and ran the Mundo update: identical.
No I cannot get Quicken Deluxe 2014 to open all the way at all.
They really screwed up.
Looks like the server is messed up and the downloads are incomplete:
The R8 patch downloads as QW2014R8Patch.exe 63,383 KB The Mundo (which is supposed to be larger) downloads repeatedly as
30,548 KB !!!!And they want to charge you for support chat!
In case someone else needs help :
I finally did a system restore to 5 days ago, restarted quicken, refused the update and now can use it again.
