"auto" transaction problem

I'm running the Canadian edition of Quicken Cash Manager 2005. Of late, I have occasions when six or seven instances of an "auto" transaction, with zero amounts, pop up in my register for my main bank account. I can delete them easily, and they don't affect the bottom-line total, but I'm at a loss to know where they come from, or why. Anyone else had this happen? I was using the online banking booster to download transactions for this account earlier, but found it just confused me when it came time to reconcile. So I followed the instructions on the Quicken web site to disable this feature. The auto transactions seem to have appeared since then. Coincidence?
