Bank Booster disables web connect

I tried to enable bank booster on my CIBC accounts and after Quicken XG checked the financial institution, it returned with the error that CIBC did not support bank booster. However, Quicken now does not provide the other web connect option - the download transaction button

Yes I can go to the bank website through an outside browser, but does anyone know how to reenable the web connect on an account where bank booster can not be enabled?
