I don't use Quicken and I don't d/l account info. However, I just checked and Wacovia has downloads for free in Quicken (windows or mac) and M$ money, each in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 formats.
Your just using the wrong bank.
The format I would like to see that they don't have is csv so I could load it into a spreadsheet.
