Every time I create or modify a bill and save it, a new window pops up asking if I want to try to link this bill to an online account. I recently had to modify 9 bills and these popups drove me crazy. Is there a way to disable this feature? I don't use linking at all.

There is no way to disable this feature. The only thing you can do is voice your opinion o n their Feedback page.

I tried to set it up, but it didn't work for most of my bills because there is a Mint user with a Mint username that is the same as the username I use for most of my billers - that is very poor design (when it sees the usernames are the same it wants me to log into this other person's Mint account). It seems to want me to create a Mint account (I've never had one), then change the username I use for electric, gas, etc. to match. It did let me set up my cell phone bill - it worked once, then consistently says bills failed to update (with no useful info). It failed to set up my cable bill, and does not support some other billers, so it has been useless for me.
