I am coming to Quicken from MS Money. In Money you can set up a bill pay and save it as a draft. When you are finished setting up all the payements for a session, you can then send all the payments to the bank at once. Does Quicken have a similar feature? I can't find anything like it.

The terminology isn't the same, and I wouldn't particularly expect the process to be described as a feature; but yes, you can do that in Quicken. You can "Enter" multiple billpay transactions/instructions in Quicken, then do a One Step Update (or an Update Now, or an Update Transactions; if they're all in one account) and Quicken will send all the unsent billpay instructions to the billpayer(s).
