Chase PerfectCard Downloads 3-5 days after Cutoff

I've been using my Chase PerfectCard MC for about one year now and downloading transactions into Quicken 2004Dlx via Web Connect. (I download usually on the last two Tuesdays of the month and get any remaining transactions for the past month on the first Tuesday of the next month.) Last night and this morning, the Chase web site shows there was no transactions from 3/25 to 4/25 (the statement cutoff date was 4/25) when I know there was 60 or so transactions. I called Chase and they said that transactions are not available 3-5 days after every cutoff date which would be now. I've never experienced this in the past year, has anyone else experienced 3-5 days where transactions are not available?

I think this is new, as I've been downloading my Chase Credit Card transactions for a couple of years and only recently have I had this problem-very irritating.

Since I was recently forced to upgrade from Quicken 2001 Deluxe to 2005, my Chase transactions totals in Quicken never match what the Chase website indicates-again very irritating. When I called Chase on this issue, they say it is Quicken's problem.

I haven't explored this fully yet, but it appears you have to pay Quicken to get telephone support on the brand new product purchase. Does anyone know if this is true? Anyone else have the problem of Quicken and Chase not matching up after a D/L from Chase into Quicken?
