I recently started using direct connect to download my Citibank account data. I had been using webconnect for years. I have found that on several occasions, the dc data is several days behind. For example, I just downloaded my data (it is now 7/13/05, at 7AM in NYC). The online summary says 'no transactions to review. online balance $xxxx as of 7/9/2005 at
8:44AM'. However, there was a transaction yesterday, so my balance is incorrect. When I used wc, I don't recall my balance ever being incorrect, and I would have noticed since I was required to access Citibank's web site in order to download my data. In contract, my Chase data is always up to date. Right now, my Chase online summary says 'online balance $xxxx as of 7/13/2005 at 5:40AM'. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or know why Citibank is four days behind Chase?- posted
