I'm using Quicken 2006. I have three credit cards with Citibank & cards with several other banks. Sometimes it will be days before I get a valid download from CitiBank. One time I called tech support & he recommended I de-activate then re-activate online connection with the account. Sometimes that would work. It would always find my accounts but hangs on the transactions. I just got sick of the de-activate\re-activate routine & just let it sporadically acquire transactions about every 7 to 8 days. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks Rich
CitiBank Credit Card Download Issues

I have found that trying to download more than two accounts results in errors. I just activate downloads for 2 of my Citi cards at a time. That goes for both the Citi personal cards and the business cards. I rotate the cards anyway, so it's not that big a deal for me. Chase on the other hand, has NO problems with MULTIPLE cards, both personal and business.

Thanks Bob, I'll give that a try & get back to the group. Rich
Yup, that worked. I have three accounts that I rotate so I don't max out the cash rebate. I usually only use 2 at a time, so I just disabled one of the 3 accounts & the others downloaded. Thanks for the tip. Rich

Glad it worked for you. Curious "feature" of Citi downloads ;-)
