The problem: Sometimes the "Done" button can't be seen after individually Accepting all downloaded transactions.I've seen the same problem on fairly rare occasions, going back several years.
The first thing I would do is Help > Report a Problem (I would send all my log files AND my data file).
While waiting for a possible fix; when Accepting the final downloaded transaction, use "Accept All" instead of "Accept".
