I saw some posts awhile back that some folks were have problems downloading and reconciling their credit card transactions when downloading from the Elan website. I have a problem - in Quicken, the online balance for Elan credit card is listed as a positive amount, but the online balances for all my other credit cards are listed as a negative amount, which matches my credit register balance when their are charges to the card.
So, I can't reconcile the Elan account because it has the balance as a positive amount. What is causing this and how do I correct it. I'm running Q2011 with all updates.
