It is available in cash, asset, liabilty accounts - e.g., checking, credit card, etc. - not in investment accounts.
Click on 'View' - upper right corner of register view - select 'Filter register view'.
I remember that QW 2007 used to have an option to filter the register transactions by flags and or notes, e.g see all transactions with flagged.
After recent Quicken updates I don't see anything like this.
Did my memory server me or I have lost it indeed and this feature never existed?
