When are they going to fix the flickering problem? This is the issue where the Quicken windoe flickers as you move the mouse over the task bar (Start bar). Release 3 did not fix it as had been promised.

Read more about it here! It doesn't look like Intuit/Quicken is able to fix this easily since the problem has been around for a while
