How to remove button bar at screen bottom

I use 2010 H+B with WinXP. I've just noticed (maybe it's been there all along) a bar across the bottom of my screen with two buttons on it, one labeled "To Do" and the other "Help." It's useless to me and I'd like to reclaim the screen space, but can't figure out how. I can't right-click on it and get a context menu, and can't drag it anywhere. I'm not even sure what it's called so I can search the Help file or Quicken Community for it. How do I remove it?

I don't think you can remove those two buttons, and I don't think you'd reclaim any screen space if you could.

Those buttons are on, what I call, the Quicken "taskbar", which has been around for quite a few versions; and the taskbar never goes away.

If you open a Quicken feature that can be minimized, you will see an icon for it located in that same Quicken taskbar.

John:

Thank you. I don't know why I didn't recognize it for what it is. Must have been having a senior cognitive dissonance moment that evening.
