I have something I have not seen before, on the master register, if you go into RMS Store Manager the screen open fine, but if you go into RMS Store Operation, it only appear on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. You have to go to task manager to turn it off, but each time it go back to the taskbar and will not open up to full screen to check out customer. The database is working fine in the back ground as the other three slave registers are checking out customer fine.
I have not seen this before, and I am thinking the software need to be reload and a repair need to be done to the register, but I am trying to fine an option to avoid traveling to the store.
