For quite some time, almost every month I seem to lose a few downloaded transactions during One Step Update from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. It used to be close to the end of the month, like the
28th or 29th. This month, I lost transactions on Feb 9. Since I update almost every day, I find this a bit strange. Most of the time I catch it by comparing holdings between Quicken and MSSB, but sometimes I just notice that a dividend or interest payment that I expected hasn't been recorded. I can easily enter the transactions manually, but this shouldn't be necessary. Is this a problem on Quicken or the brokerage side? Anyway to pinpoint it?
