I can't fond a way, in Quicken 2017 R10, to move and merge an account from one brokerage into an existing account at a different broakerage. It appears that Quicken does not allow merging nor does it allow changing brokerage. What am I missing? R Wink

The EASIEST way to do this is to deactivate the 1st account from download and then erase the FI name in the Account Setup window.
Then Exit Q, Restart Q and re-activate the account with the new FI name.
You can't change the info while the account is activated. And the Exit/Restart is necessary to insure that Q "forgets" the prior settings.
