Online services expire April 30

I am getting emails from snipped-for-privacy@info1.quicken.com with this subject. I am using Quicken 2012, upgraded from 2010.

Is this really from Quicken? If so, why?

It is usual to have Quicken "online download services" sunset after 3 years.. for your 2010 product. So, how did you upgrade - since Quicken online still thinks you are running

2010 vs 2012 ?

I bought Quicken 2012 in Best Buy and installed it. It presented no option, as far as I recall, to change anything about the reqistration. It converted my data and has worked since then.
