'OUT' from downloaded transactions

I've just upgraded from Q06D to Q07P and am looking at the IN/OUT/What's Left report on the home page. I have some transactions on my credit card that are setup for autopay so I don't bother to enter them manually and when the transaction clears from the direct connect I have the entry. The problem seems to be that these don't show up in the 'OUT' either under Bills or Other Expenses. Is there any way to tag an entry as one that should show in the 'OUT'? Thanks!

I to went through a learning curve when I went through this new Home page.

As the title states it is a Cash Flow report ( only accounts that are setup as spending accounts) not credit cards, investments accounts, or property accounts. If you go to the Account list and click on an account and click on the change group button you will see if that account has a spending choice.

If you click on Bills in the OUT panel it will expand and list the paid bills.
