Phillips Hagar and North Fund Prices

Oct 26, 2013 2 Replies

I am using Q 2011. As of a week ago whenever I download stock and Mutual Fund prices all of the prices for the PHN Div Inc fund get wiped out. I have held this fund for over 15 years. Also after the update I cannot m anually alter prices of any fund or stock in portfolio view. I have restor ed the file from a backup which goes back over a week ago which still has t he 15 years of price history but as soon as I do a download the same thing happens and the price is blank and all historical prices are gone for this fund and another fund Which I have been tracking from the same company. I performed a file validate and no problem is found.

I don't know where to start to troubleshoot this problem

Does anyone have a suggestion? thanks

It's a fairly well known, relatively common, problem for Q2011 (and for some earlier versions, which no longer have the problem because they can no longer download prices).

Thanks The problem was a change of the fund code by the fund company. Why it wiped the price history rather than just not download an updated quote must be the Quicken Issue
