wenn ich mit Quicken 2000 die Kontoauszüge bei CortalConsors oder Postbank abholen will, kommt die Meldung: "Failed to create MSXML Document." Bis vor einigen Tagen hatte ich mit dem Abholen der Kontoauszüge keine Probleme. Wer kann mir helfen?

There used to be a separate German Quicken group. I suggest you try that. This group is mainly for English speaking versions of Quicken.

When I will fetch with Quicke 2000 the statements of account, the following report comes: "Failed to create MSXML Document ". I didn't have any problems some days ago with collecting the statements of account.

I can't help, Willi. Cortal Consors is a big German bank, and apparently a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, one of the world's largest banks. Their customer service should be able to help you. However, here in the US Quicken 2000 has long ago been disabled for downloading bank and stock data. Here in the US, Quicken now has a 3-year lifetime for those functions.
Quicken 2008 is available in German version
Again, your problem should be solvable by your bank, but it may require investing in a new version of Quicken.
