Having a problem, when i use the reprint option it comes out garbled. Doesnt matter what printer i use.... always garbled. Originals print perfect... only reprints...
Any ideas?

Does this happen with all your machines? Most likely this only happens on a particular machine. Perhaps your machine has an installation problem (OS and RMS). You may want to un-install then re-install RMS first just to isolate the cause.
