Q 2007 Premier

Jul 27, 2007 1 Replies

Just updated from 2005 H&B Premier. Cannot delete a repeating payment. I have not made the payment in over a year, but when I upgraded it got added back to the list of repeating payees.

I can't delete it because Quicken wants to send the cancellation to the Financial Institute, which of course does not recognize the cancellation. The reason; it was cancelled over a year ago.

What can I do to eliminate this account?

My bad. It was a repeating payment. I finally was successfully in deleting the payment and the payee

In the process, I deactivated the One Step Update. The Update Transactions button at the bottom of the registry no longer works.

I tried activating the account, but I get the error message

"Quicken Could not process your request because all accounts which use this computer ID at this financial institution have already been activated"

How do I get this butt> Just updated from 2005 H&B Premier. Cannot delete a repeating payment.
