Hi All, Generally lurk but wanted to highlight a problem with installing (updating) Q2015 with Q2017. Ordered the Deluxe disk from Amazon. Tried to install and got an no access/ privledge windows error message for file, device etc. Tried several different ways, spent two hours with Quicken help 1st and 2nd tier service tech and was told that it was a Win 10 problem, and spent 1 hour with MS trying to solve. MS said it was with Quicken and another call to Quicken and the 1st tier tech was trying to get a 2nd tier tech to take the call and mentioned that had I cleared the temp files. Yes, numerous times with all the techs but decided to try one more time while waiting. There were 5 programs running in the background that had temp files opened and could not close. I went to Task Manager and closed each out and deleted the files. Quicken loaded normally. Whew!! I usually close any active programs, but these were like GreenPrint etc. I would like to compliment the time, effort and care that Quicken support provided to try and get the program installed. According to the tech, this has happened to around 5 others, so, may be my data point will help resolve others problem. I am a user since the mid 80's and am really impressed with their effort with my problem. You always hear of the bad support problems and I would like to pat Quicken on the back. 2017 did fix a couple of annoinces from 2015. Best, Bob
