(Running Q06 Dlx R4 on Win2000 Pro SP4 and all updates)
After upgrading from Q04 to Q06....
Quicken hesitates to display downloaded transactions for review and accceptance or otherwise. The area with blank lines appears below the register with "Accept All", etc. buttons active but the transactions do not appear.
If I switch to another account then switch back to the account for which download just occurred, Quicken "blinks" and displays the downloaded transactions.
Help, please?

I ran into this problem with Quicken 2003 and found the issue was a setting in my backup program to "Reset the archive bit for files that fail verification." You might want to check your backup application to see if it has such an option. At the time, my backup app was Stomp's Backup My PC which does have such an option which could be turned off. I had to remove and reinstall Quicken and then be sure that option was not selected when running any further backups with Backup My PC.
