I don't think it's Schwab. I can see the transactions under the summary tab but it still says there are outstanding transactions but I cannot accept them.

I don't think it's Schwab. I can see the transactions under the summary tab but it still says there are outstanding transactions but I cannot accept them.
I updated my Schwab account and it says all available transactions downloaded yet they do not appear to accept. This is the first time this has happened. Is it a problem with Quicken or Schwab? I have tried it several times. Thanks Jeff
I have Schwab too. I just did an update and all of my transactions came in when I clicked on the "accept all" button.
What do you see on the bottom of the Transactions tab?
There is nothing there. The downloaded transactions don't appear.
I would go to the schwab website and confirm that there are transactions that are not in your Q file.
Another thought would be to create a new Q file for your Schwab account and see if you can download into a fresh file.
I read on the Quicken forum about problems with R5 update. I uninstalled Quicken and update only to R3 like they suggested and everything works now. Thanks Laura
Interesting. I updated to R5 and am not having any problems. I guess I was lucky.
I have had R5 since it was available and this was the first time I had a problem.
