In Qv6, when I go to Online/Quicken Bill Pay/Email Tab to create and email to Bill Pay, the option to "E-mail about an on-line account" is greyed out. The only option available is to "E-mail about an on-line payment". But I want to ask a question about an on-line account, not about a particular payment.
Anyone encounter this problem and have a workaround? Thanks Charlie
