Which is the lowest level that has it: Basic, Deluxe, Premier, or H&B?

It's been in the Deluxe version for every previous year I've used starting with Q2000; but I have the Premier version of Q2006 (which has it), so I can not answer you for certain. My guess is that it is probably in the Deluxe version of Q2006 as well; but having never owned a Basic version, I can't even give an educated guess whether it is available there.

Home Inventory was not included in Basic 05 & earlier.

Kewl. Thanks.

I remember having it in a much earlier version, maybe 2001. I didn't see an option when I installed 2005 Deluxe and missed having this application.

I'll run the CD again and see whether there is an install option I missed. It would be nice to have the Quicken application and not have to write my own (which is what I was planning to do).

Look under the 'Property & Debt' tab.

I re-ran the CD and saw no option for installing the home inventory application. Then I thought to double-check what was installed automatically in the Program Files folder for Quicken. Bingo. There it was! So I do have it and it is already installed.
