Quicken 2006 Investment Register problem

I upgraded from Premier H&B 2005 to Premier H&B 2006. I now have a problem with the Description column in the Investment Register. For all of my Income transactions, the information in the description column is incorrect. It shows the same (wrong) security for every transaction. There is no way to edit the description for an Income transaction. The width of the security column is too narrow to accurately determine the correct name of the security. I thought it might be a problem in the conversion, so I entered the scheduled investment transactions for the rest of this month and they were also incorrect, showing the same wrong name of the security in the description column. If I manually enter the income transaction, then the description column is blank, but I don't want to manually enter all of my income transactions. Besides, the security column is too narrow to tell me which security the income is for. Is there any way to correct all the previous entries and to have the correct security name appear in the description column for all my income transactions?

Strange; all my income transactions have blank Description fields. Are we talking about "Div", "IntInc", and "MiscInc" transactions ... which are entered on the "Inc-Income(Div,Int,etc.)" form?

There is no way to make mass changes to investment transactions.

But you can easily see the full name of the security in your transactions: just put your cursor in the "Security" field and you will see the full name.

Also, if you double-click the transaction, it opens a form, where you can change the security name.

They are "Div" and "IntInc", but they were entered as scheduled investment transactions rather than on the "Inc-Income(Div,Int,etc.)" form.

I can't even change them one at a time. There is no way to edit the description field on an income transaction.

I have many municipal bonds from the same state that start with the same characters. Having to hold the mouse over each one to find out the right name is not a good solution.

The security name is correct, but the description column shows a different (wrong) name and there is no way to edit that.
