Quicken TurboTax Bundle

Amazon.com has been advertising a TurboTax Basic 2013 with Quicken Deluxe 2014 Bundle for several days now, but no bundle with TurboTax Deluxe Fed and State. I was wondering whether that indicates that there will be no such bundle; if there was going to be one, wouldn't it be advertised at the same time as the Basic bundle?

Anyone have an opinion on this? Or better yet, know whether it will happen?

I was hoping someone would remember what bundles were available in past years. But having gotten no replies, I guess not.

I just ordered the TurboTax Deluxe Fed and State 2013 with Quicken Deluxe 2014 bundle from Amazon.com. The price came to $96.40, less $40.47 for "Promotion Applied," for total of $61.40. That final $61.40 price wasn't apparent until I checked out. I was very happy with that result.

Thank you for posting that. Amazon doesn't make it obvious, but a similar deal applies for electronic download. Buy TTax Deluxe Fed/State 2013 for $49.99. Get a $35 promo credit for QD 2014. Buy QD for $12.41.

So far, I haven't seen any major changes in QD other than having to enter my Intuit ID to do transaction downloads. Did immediately see a patch to go from R2 to R4.

Yes, weird as it sounds, you get the CDs instead of having to do a download for $1 less.

That's true almost ever year--no major changes. I don't always buy the new version, and tend to do it about every other year. But I always buy TurboTax, so if there's a good price on the bundle, I take advantage of it.
