SOLVED: No transactions download from Schwab

If you have not been able to download any transactions from Schwab since June, check you account number and remove an "-". For example, old account number= 5527-6488 should be changed to 55276488

Interesting, and I am not sure that is actually the answer. My Schwab stop working after a Quicken update back in February. Phone calls to their tech support in April yielded nothing. I tried it again a few days ago it it still failed. Given your post, I tried it again last night and it worked. There was no "-" in my account, and I do not remember if or when I removed it.

So, thanks for the heads up!. Mike

thanks. I had changed password and that didn't work. getting rid of the - was the trick.

Schwab must have fixed something because now the only way to download transactions is to put the "-" back in. What a PITA!!
