Transaction Memos, Splits and Reports

When a Quicken transaction is displayed in the register, the "Transaction Memo" field is displayed in the register's Memo field. If the transaction has splits, their presence is flagged by displaying "--Split--" in the category field. When one open's the splits window, it shows the category, "Split Memo" and amount for each line.

In reports (e.g., a Register Report), the "Transaction Memo" is displayed in the report's Memo field unless split details are shown. If split details are shown, the report line for each split shows the "Split Memo" field but the "Transaction Memo" field isn't displayed.

Is anyone aware of a way to show both Transaction and Split memos in a report? My "use case" is downloading PayPal transactions (in a .qif file) for my wife's business then generating a report that shows the Transaction Memo and split Categories so she can verify that the split categories match the downloaded text in the "Transaction Memo". PayPal's qif file doesn't include "Split Memo" information.
