I can't seem to get my PIN changed for an account. If I go to PIN Vault and change it, it is back to old one when I enter again. If asked to update PIN I answer yes but pin is not updated. Q04 Premier Jim

This happens to a lot of people. The answer is to delete the entire Pin vault and to set it up again.
