When attempting to make a backup a Windows Installer comes up followed by
a Warning message "Quicken Installation has detected an open Quicken Application. Please
close the application and try again."
After closing Quicken the Installer attempts to install but does not finish.
The next time an attempt to backup the trouble messages are back.
If you click on the Warning message three times it will close and you can backup your data.
