Quicken & Vista

Enable! i've an Acer Extensa 4620Z operating Vista Dwelling Prem. on which I installed Quicken Deluxe. The installation seemed to go OK but when I try and run it I get an error that says Quicken has encountered an Errror and ought to close. There's a link to determine the error report but after you click on it the plan closes. Have spent more than two hours on the telephone with Quicken and inside the finish they mentioned it was not their trouble call Acer. Named Acer and they mentioned it was not their trouble either, exactly where do I go from right here?

just out of curiousity, where are you located, as the language used appears not to be native english....

Also - why do you have all these various test systems with old versions of Quicken - attempting to install and run on the latest OS ?

First try to uninstall the software on it. Try removing some setting on the registry. Or by going to the program file where quicken is installed. Try to delete all files. After it use ccleaner. After doing all of that try to reinstall the software. Update when it will not run...
