In comparing Quicken vs my 1099-DIV, I noticed that I was missing my end of year transactions from Vanguard for 12/19/07 - but had the ones from 12/17/07 Anyone else missing ??

just a followup note - it's interesting that none of my recent downloads complained that the fund share balances at Vanguard were not correct compared to Quicken ?? I think I've seen my other mutual fund accounts complain and want to insert a "placeholder" when I've missed a monthly interest/dividend download.
I have Vanguard for my 401(k) with my employer. I have missed downloads in the pass - but I don't know about anything more recent. I did not take the time to trace why.
My transaction history is screwed up from Sept forward and I haven't taken the time to reconcile it (I have about 200 transaction per month and it takes me a couple of hours per month to reconcile as the downloads do not agree to what is shown on their web site - which I know why it happens, but it is PITA). I basically have complete history in M$ Access and run a compare report and I reconcile line by line.
