I seem to recall some folks here (RC?) thought that the fields in the Quicken Corporate Spinoff transaction could use some more accurate labeling.

There's a suggestion at the Quicken GetSatisfaction site to do just that. If you'd like to vote on the suggestion (and comment on the suggestion, if you like), you can go to:

and create a user for yourself (click the "Join the Community" button), then go to the following post and cast a vote:
