phantom online payment

first thing: I was going to ask this on the community site but I get a "503 service unavailable" error? Is the community site down or am I using the wrong URL:

The real question I was going to ask is that quicken tells me I have an online payment to send. BUT: when I go to the online center there's no unsent-payment there. Is there some way to figure out what Q's problem is here? this with Quicken 2020 on win10

Thanks /b\

I have no problem displaying the Quicken Community: you have the wrong url, "getsatisfaction" has not been used for some time. Try:

Several other users have reported the problem (though most have said the problem was with "recurring" online payments). I don't recall anyone finding a fix, but here are a few discussions on the subject (there may be some overlap).

You're right - -those threads sound like my problem and there wasn't a solution, just a suggestion to try quicken support directly. I guess I'll try the superverify path and then see if quicken support can help

THANKS!! /bernie\
