I too was offered to install this "FDS Patch" upon restarting Q earlier this Saturday morning, 16 Sept. Hmmmmm...

In the Q forum that Andrew provided the link to, "Quicken Edgardo" (one of the forum moderators and a Quicken employee") has posted the info that the FDSPatch.exe is legitimate and truly from Quicken.
