Windows 7 + Quicken 2010 + Wachovia Bank

Has anyone used Q2010 with Windows 7 and Quicken bill pay through Wachovia bank? Wachovia says that they "don't yet support" Q2010. Some post say that they can download transactions, but cannot use bill pay with Q2010.

Anyone using Q2010 with Wachovia? Many Thanks!

Hi, Jeff.

That's the same "not your fault" message I've been getting for a couple of weeks from Q2010 Deluxe when I try to set up ("Activate Downloads") my account with Broadway Bank in San Antonio. Often the error is reported as OL-221-A or OL 221-8. The Release Notes for Release R 3 say that one of the fixes in it is to cure the OL-221 problem. Several voice calls to the bank have got me the promise that the bank knows about the problem, knows the problem is on the bank's end, is working on it, and that it will be fixed in days, not months.

We'll see.
