Is the Calif part of 2019 TurboTax Premier accurate for 2019 yet?

Does anyone know if the Calif part of 2019 TurboTax Premier is accurate for 2019 yet?

It is after hours, so I cannot chat with a TT rep. And frankly, I'm not sure I would trust the answer from the first-level support team.

I cannot find the 2019 Calif tax tables online, including ftb.ca.gov. So I suspect that the Calif FTB has not published them. Right?

Alternatively, it would be great if someone can provide a URL that does have the 2019 Calif tax tables for personal income tax returns (Form 540).

Or even an official FTB statement that indicates when the 2019 tables should be available.

None of the 2019 state modules for TurboTax are available yet. The FAQ for state forms availability says to check back in mid December.

Makes sense. I was surprised not to see some indication to that effect when I installed the 2019 software. Coulda sworn that in previous years, TT would not even download Calif forms for that tax year until Jan.

IIRC, by law, the FTB has until some time in Jan (1st? 15th? 31st?) to make tables and forms available. But I don't have access to Calif law right now, not easily anyway.
