Is anyone else suffering with the appalling customer service currently being offered by American Express. I have called them 4 times to try and arrange a refund of a credit balance, only to be told that their IT systems are down and I must call back. This after having been transferred to a call centre in India where you have to repeat everything you say, for them to understand.
